For D.C. United, we built a modern, minimal motion system with a controlled sense of grit. The foundation stays clean, structured, and highly readable, then we add energy through subtle texture, noise, and light accents. The palette leans into high-contrast Black and Red, supported by geometric type linework and modern framing that feels rooted in the District and designed to hit fast across LED and broadcast environments.

The in-venue toolkit was designed as a modular, stadium-first system built for clarity and impact. It balances strong structure with controlled texture so it never feels overworked. Motion-wise, we used horizontal and vertical displacements plus distortion passes on typography to create a sense of speed and elasticity, helping big moments land harder without sacrificing legibility on the boards.

The broadcast package carries the same visual DNA into a clean, flexible system that feels modern and energetic. We kept the typography range wide, using different weights to support both strong moments and smaller informational clusters, all designed to stay broadcast-friendly. Motion details like directional displacements and distortion help transitions and typographic moves feel fast and responsive, while the overall system remains structured, minimal, and consistent across deliverables.
